Video Conference (ZOOM or SKYPE), E-mail, SMS (Texting), Voicemail, or in-person.
Hourly-rate for "in-house" or "on-demand" services;
Flat-rate for "first-time" engagements. In the event that a client is unsure
of their wants and-or needs, a mix of flat- and hourly- rates can be negotiated.
To be negotiated but subject to milestones, whether in-person, virtual, mobile, or combination.
To be negotiated but subject to standards and practices that are commensurate and in parity.
Flexible but subject to negotiation under the 'right to disconnect' provision of the Employment Standards Act.
